Cancellation Policy

When you must cancel, please call Body Concepts at (603)540-0272 at least two business days (48 hours) prior to your reservation. We will be happy to reschedule your reservation at no charge to you. You may call at any time of day and leave a message, which will be time stamped. We will return your call as soon as possible.

If you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice Body Concepts reserves the right to charge you 50% of the cost of your booked services. If you do not show up for your appointment, We reserve the right to charge you 100% of the cost of your booked services. This policy is a business necessity as the time reserved for you could be afforded to another client when we have sufficient notice.

Return Policy

All Dermalogica products are guaranteed. Body Concepts will provide a 100% refund when a product is returned within 30 days of purchase. Products returned after 30 days will be refunded for 50% of the purchase price. Product returned after 60 days will be handled on an individual basis.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of appointment. Parties of 3 or more require 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve time. Accepted payment types are cash, checks, or charge. There is a $30 fee for all returned check. There are no refunds on services or gift certificates; however you may exchange a gift certificate, purchased in salon toward product.


My goal is your childs safety and the opportunity to provide you with my complete focus. Children need to be seated quietly in a designated area for the duration of your service. Children waiting in the reception area need to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the salon.
